Daniel Phelps
Growing up in a Christian home Daniel knew God's plan of salvation at a young age. However, knowledge alone could not save him. One night at the age of 5 his brothers (Chad and Caleb) noticed that he was upset and asked him what was wrong. Upon a series of questions they realized he was concerned about his eternal destiny. They called their mom upstairs and told her what was the matter. She then proceeded to take him down to his dad's office where his dad continued to make sure that Daniel understood what the Gospel meant for him as a sinner. That night Daniel grew to an understanding of how the Gospel specifically applied to his life and there in his dad's office he knelt and asked God to come into his heart and save him from his sins.
Over time as Daniel watched the examples of godly men he felt a growing desire to go into full time vocational ministry. Upon graduating from High School in 2013 Daniel made plans to attend Bob Jones University where he goes today and majors in Bible. Daniel has already had the privilege of being able to preach and teach across the states of Indiana and Wisconsin to a a variety of different audiences.
Daniel brings a youthful exuberance for ministry to this blog. His desire is to show others his age and younger the passion of Christ and how it applies to our lives today. Currently Daniel is pursuing his bachelors degree at BJU while also keeping his schedule full of ministry opportunities.
